Things I Love ... Elie Saab

I am obsessed with Elie Saab Couture.  I find his dresses to be the most intricate, delicate and beautiful creations.  Elie Saab is a Lebanese designer that shows both ready-to-wear and couture in Paris each year.  While he's not considered one of the best by the fashion set (usually because he's not as edgy and his designs do not stray from his core aesthetic) he is adored by the Hollywood set.  His stand-out gowns that sparkle with lace and beading are perfection for the lights of the red carpet.  And his silhouettes flatter a woman's shape, showing off just the right amount of curving and often leaving just enough to the imagination with some well placed sheer lace.  These are dresses I dream of wearing, or even just seeing up close.  Elie Saab will always be one of the designers that I love and his Fall Couture 2012 collection did not disappoint.
