Wrap Around
For years now I've been coveting leather Hermés bracelets watches. I am completely obsessed with the leather Kelly bracelet that utilizes the same lock as a Kelly bag. There are also versions of this bracelet in watch form, all of which wrap around your wrist twice. However, the Hermés version is quite pricey. So I was really excited when I walked into Kate Spade and found that their new watch collection includes a wrap around strap. The Cooper watch is definitely now on my wish list. And at $215 (the Hermés version has an extra zero on the end...) it's totally affordable.

Dress Me Kate
I've mentioned I'm obsessed with Kate Spade right? Good. Sometime in the last coupe of years she has become my go-to for perfect dresses: day time, night time, you name it. So when it was Tuesday and I didn't have an outfit for the Indian wedding I left for on Thursday, I headed over to Kate. I picked out the Heleen dress which was perfect. Gold, tunic top, tweed-like fabric but extra light so as not to get overheated dancing! What can I say, Kate is perfect in a pinch.

I'm also really excited about Kate's fall collection, of which a few pieces are already in stores with more coming soon. For fall, Creative Director Lloyd and stylist Brad Goreski joined with illustrator/photographer/blogger Garance Doré to create some special prints. The collection is also inspired by Parisian chic girls, so of course I'm obsessed. Here are a few of my favorite looks from the KSNY presentation last February. Enjoy!

Colorful Kate
So I'm pretty much obsessed with Kate Spade. And I'm not talking handbags or shoes or even the woman who started the brand. When Kate Spade was first popular back in the day, I had my fair share of adorable purses and shoes until my shopping habits at the boutiques fizzled out for a bit. But the brand has really transformed in the past five years. In 2007, Kate Spade New York was taken over by Liz Claiborne and Deborah Lloyd became the president and chief creative officer, meaning she now designs for the brand instead of Ms. Spade. While I believe the brand still represents the quirky cuteness of the original Kate, I think it's executed more cohesively with more product offerings. Namely, clothes.
Kate Spade clothing is now my absolute favorite. Each season they feature amazingly perfect dresses in a rainbow of shades. They also offer plenty of separates and even a jean line. Oh, and the jewelry. Amazingness. So many colors and fun designs and oftentimes not at outrageous prices. My go-to outfits now consist of their perfect dresses that I can throw on and feel completely put together.
This month's new arrivals offer up bright shades that make me want to go on vacation - maybe some place tropical. Here's some of my favorite looks and I'm sure I'll be bringing you more for KSNY very, very soon.
